Is Your Concrete a Concern?
Misaligned concrete is often more than just a visual blemish. Sunken concrete is often caused by excessive weight, expansion, contraction and moisture due to the elements. When this sinking occurs you’re not only left with a visual blemish, but a dangerous tripping hazard and a potential water drainage issue that could cause worse problems to occur.
- TRIP HAZARD
- VISUAL BLEMISH
- POOR WATER DRAINAGE
- FOUNDATION DAMAGE
Why Choose Mudjacking
Mudjacking is the act of “jacking” concrete up from below using a grout mixture of cement, water, and crushed rock (it’s not mud we jack). First, 1 inch holes about the size of a quarter are drilled into the existing concrete slab. The material is then hydraulically injected through the holes to lift the slab from beneath.

COST-EFFECTIVE
Mudjacking grout is a fraction of the cost of poly-foam and replacing concrete.

ECO-FRIENDLY
Our cement grout can be recycled with no additional cost or threat to the enviornment

EVEN SPREAD
Our cement grout evenly spreads under concrete to provide support & reduce stress

LOCKS INTO PLACE
Grout does not shrink and additive admixtures strengthen and lock in placement

WATER REPELLENT
Cement grout is not a petroleum based material and repels water.

PRECISION LIFTING
Offers the most precise lifting capabilities compared to alternative jacking methods.

Frequently Asked Questions
We often run into the questions below from customers who aren’t familiar our services. If you have a different question than the ones listed below feel free to give us a call.
How Much Does Concrete Lifting Cost?
A concrete lifting job can range from $500-$1500 on average.
How Long Does Concrete Leveling Take?
Average mudjacking jobs usually take 1-2 hours. Larger jobs can take longer. Concrete is ready right after completion. Opening access swiftly for all highway, driveway and walkway use.
What's The Difference Between Polyjacking & Mudjacking?
Mudjacking material is non-expanding, giving more control for proper alignment and support to the concrete pad when raising and filling voids. Since Mudjacking is a grout mixture the material flows evenly into cavities first, and can set right away depending on how much cement is added, effectively giving new solid base beneath the concrete panels before the controlled lifting occurs. This allows the concrete panel to float up to the desired height rather than being forced up by a chemical reaction that does not fill the full voids. Polyjacking on the other hand is an expansive sticky staining flammable non-eco friendly quick setting foam that doesn’t offer the same level of control and longevity as mudjacking does. Mudjacking material can be reused and recycled which is much better for the environment. Mudjacking is more supportive, much quicker and most cost effective.
How Long Will It Last?
Mudjacking material will last the life of your concrete pad. As long as the cement segments are caulked and backfilled properly so that water doesn’t have easy access to wash out or undermine underneath. All work is guaranteed!
How long should I wait before putting pressure on the lifted concrete?
Concrete can be used immediately after the mudjacking process. Since mudjacking material is hydraulically injected, the pavement is fully supported instantly with no down time.
Will The Drill Holes Match My Concrete?
On new concrete, holes will match better because of the concrete being a lighter color. Older concrete will not match as well as patched holes are filled with fresh concrete. Over time these holes will darken.
